ALTA’s Privacy Policy covers the collection, use and disclosure of personal information that may be collected by ALTA any time you interact with AURIA, such as when you visit our website, when your purchase AURIA products and service or when you call our Customer Support Service. Your privacy is a priority to us and we will take step to ensure that it is protected.

What kinds of information do we collect?

• We may ask for your personal information when you are discussing a service issue with a customer service associate, registering for an on-line survey registering your product or purchasing a product.

You may select a password and a password hint. ALTA takes your privacy seriously. ALTA will not sell or rent your contact information to other marketers.

You may help us and help yourself by taking proper precautions when you interact over the internet. By changing your passwords regularly and using a combination of letters and numbers, you help to improve the security of your information.

Policy interaction with children

ALTA realizes that parents and guardians may purchase products on-line for use by their entire family, including in some cases, minors. ALTA does not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13 for marketing purposes. However, since some information is collected electronically, it may appear that such personal information is from an ALTA purchase of the product. Such transmitted information shall be treated by this privacy policy. If a child under the age of 13 submits personal information and AURIA becomes aware that the submitting party is under the age of 13, ALTA will attempt to delete such information as soon as possible.
